A prestigious, doctor-led aesthetics and wellness clinic in Central London is looking for a polished,
client-focused Skin & Aesthetic Treatment Practitioner to join its clinical team.
The clinic works with a discerning, high-net-worth clientele and delivers a highly personalised, luxury
medical aesthetics experience. This role would suit someone who is naturally refined, service-led and confident working with clients who expect exceptional standards of care, presentation and attention to detail.
This is not a traditional aesthetic therapist role with a broad treatment menu. It is ideal for someone with a strong skin, beauty or aesthetics background who enjoys combining hands-on treatment work combined with patient assessments, with a premium client journey in a specialist, doctor-led environment.
The role
You will:
- Carry out specialist non-invasive skin and hair treatments
- Perform 2D/3D skin imaging and hair/scalp screening
- Take accurate pre- and post-treatment photographs
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to an exceptional clinical and luxury standard
- Support doctors and nurses during treatment sessions
- Educate clients on treatments, products and aftercare
- Deliver a warm, seamless and highly personalised client experience
- Maintain accurate treatment records and stock levels
Full training will be provided on the clinic’s specific technologies and protocols.
We are looking for someone with:
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification minimum
- Around 2+ years’ experience in skin, beauty, aesthetics or a premium treatment
- Strong hands-on treatment skills and manual dexterity
- Experience with skin or aesthetic devices is advantageous
- Experience working in a luxury, premium or high-net-worth client environment
- Exceptional client care and communication skills
- A polished, refined and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in skin, aesthetics and medical wellnessThis could suit an experienced Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Facialist, Aesthetic Therapist or Skin Specialist from a luxury clinic, premium spa or high-end skincare environment who is looking to move into a more specialist, doctor-led setting.
Hours: Monday–Friday (9am-6 pm), with one later shift per week (10.30 am- 7.30pm) and approximately one Saturday per month.
