What You’ll Do
- Deliver concierge-level service at the front desk, setting the tone for a 5-star journey.
- Manage bookings, payments, and diaries with precision.
- Convert warm patient leads into booked consultations and treatments.
- Take ownership of front of house, stepping in for management whilst away.
- Drive product sales with confidence and warmth.
- Safeguard compliance and uphold luxury standards.
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous Front of House experience in an aesthetics clinic (essential).
- Proven background in sales and lead conversion.
- Bubbly, polished, and highly customer-service focused.
- Experience as a doctor’s assistant/chaperone (preferred).
- Strong IT literacy, including booking systems and MS Office.
The Package
- Competitive based on skills and experience.
- Monthly bonus scheme- up to £350 (£4,200 annually).
- 5% retail commission.
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, including weekend work.
- Based in West London.
