We are looking for a polished, highly organised and digitally savvy Clinic Manager / Social Media & Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hands‑on, graduate-level role, ideal for someone with a genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, luxury service and social media, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
Our clientele is predominantly female, and the role requires someone who is comfortable building warm, professional relationships with clients and discussing aesthetic concerns, skincare, treatments and appearance in a sensitive and discreet manner.
The Role
You will help oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinic while also playing an active role in our social media, content and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the day‑to‑day organisation of the clinic
- Welcoming clients and providing a warm, polished and high‑end experience
- Managing appointments, bookings and client communications
- Building strong relationships with our predominantly female client base
- Communicating sensitively and discreetly with clients about aesthetic treatments, skincare and appearance‑related concerns
- Liaising with practitioners, suppliers and external contacts
- Ensuring the clinic remains organised, immaculate and fully stocked
- Handling general administrative and operational tasks
- Creating and filming engaging Instagram and TikTok content
- Editing Reels and other short‑form video content
- Supporting before‑and‑after photography and content organisation
- Helping clients feel comfortable during clinical photography and other treatment‑related content
- Keeping up to date with beauty, aesthetics and social media trends
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, launches, collaborations and client events
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Graduate-level, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience and capability
- Highly organised, proactive and reliable
- Confident, friendly and naturally client‑focused
- Professional, polished and well presented
- Genuinely interested in aesthetics, skincare, beauty and fashion
- Comfortable communicating with a predominantly female clientele about personal aesthetic and skincare concerns
- Sensitive, discreet and able to put clients at ease
- Confident using Instagram and creating short‑form content
- Comfortable filming and editing Reels and TikTok‑style videos
- Familiar with CapCut, Canva or similar platforms, although this is not essential
- A quick learner who is comfortable working independently
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage several priorities at once
- Comfortable working within a luxury, high‑service clinical environment
- Personable and confident when communicating with clients, practitioners and external contacts
Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury hospitality, private healthcare or another premium client‑facing environment is desirable. However, we are also open to recent graduates and candidates with the right personality, attitude and transferable experience.
