About My Client: I’m currently supporting a well-established UK manufacturer and supplier within the beauty, spa and aesthetic industry. The business has been operating for over 3 decades and is recognised for developing a portfolio of non-invasive aesthetic treatment systems used across professional salons, spas and medical clinics. They have built a strong presence across the UK and internationally, with thousands of professional accounts using their technology. Known for consistent innovation, training and brand reputation, they continue to evolve their device range in line with market demand. Next month will see the launch of a new multi-technology system designed specifically for the aesthetic medical market, marking an exciting phase of growth within the clinic space.
About the Role: We are seeking 2 x dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join a leading company in the beauty, aesthetics, and medical devices sector. This role is primarily focused on driving new business growth by identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities within salons, aesthetic skin clinics, and medical practices. You will play a key role in expanding the client base and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the beauty, aesthetics, and medical industry, focusing on salons, spas, aesthetic skin clinics, and medical practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate a range of cutting-edge aesthetic devices to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of the technology.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to stay informed about the latest trends and product developments.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products and generate new leads.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Must hold an NVQ3 or equivalent, as you will need to demonstrate the device.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the beauty, aesthetics, or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare devices and aesthetic equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a particular passion for new business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- Familiarity with market trends in beauty technology and aesthetic treatments.
- Sales experience in a B2B environment, with field sales experience.
- Previous experience working within the Aesthetic, Beauty & Spa industry.
- A valid driving license.
