Role Description:
I’m currently recruiting for a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role with a high-end private clinic based in Harley Street, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations professional with strong CQC knowledge and a proven track record in healthcare management. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, updating and maintaining compliance policies, managing staff, and ensuring consistently high standards of patient care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budgeting, business strategy, and performance analysis to drive operational and financial success.
