The Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their specialist team, focusing on regenerative medicine and sexual rejuvenation. This individual will assist with a variety of procedures centered on sexual health, ensuring smooth clinical operations and providing top-tier patient care. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented nurse with excellent clinical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in phlebotomy
- Comfortable working in both surgical and non-surgical sexual aesthetics with male and female patients
- High standard of English (spoken and written) and numeracy
- Proficient in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player, able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Immaculate professional appearance and demeanor
Role Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during sexual rejuvenation and regenerative medicine procedures
- Perform daily phlebotomy and blood sample collection
- Ensure efficient appointment flow and provide outstanding patient service
- Maintain treatment rooms, including pre- and post-treatment photography
- Monitor and manage stock levels; handle supply requisitions
- Deliver post-treatment care and support
- Adhere strictly to clinical protocols, policies, and infection control standards
- Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times
- Report any medical concerns promptly to relevant clinicians
- Contribute to the clinic’s CQC compliance and quality of care initiatives
- Promote a collaborative, motivated team environment
