A well-established, high-end doctor-led aesthetic clinic based in Knightsbridge is looking to appoint a Patient / Treatment Coordinator to support the doctors and wider clinic team. The clinic is known for its high standards of care, loyal patient base, and calm, professional environment.
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role working closely with the doctors, PA, and clinic team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and patients receive a 5* experience at every stage of their visit. You’ll be responsible for welcoming patients, assisting doctors during clinics, coordinating diaries, supporting stock and clinic operations, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience and Front of House
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide clear information to clients about clinic services, treatments, and products
- Assist patients while they are in the clinic, ensuring comfort and reassurance
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Ensure all services provided are delivered to a 5-star standard, with accurate records kept
- Doctor and PA Support
- Assist doctors during clinics and act as a chaperone when requested
- Assist the doctor’s PA with managing and organising diaries, ensuring no appointment overlaps
- Maintain a tidy, organised workspace for doctors and patients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment
- Clinic Operations and Stock
- Assist with the set-up and close-down of the clinic each day
- Complete weekly stock counts for injectable products and retail stock
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance and service standards
- Act as the clinic’s Laser Protection Supervisor, ensuring all paperwork and treatment standards are kept up to date
- Administration and Communication
- Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Address complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to the Clinic Manager when required
- Work towards targets as set by the Clinic Manager
- Carry out any additional duties as requested by management
- Previous experience in a patient coordinator, clinic support, or front-of-house role within aesthetics, medical, or private healthcare
- Confident working closely with doctors and clinical teams
- Strong communication skills and a professional, well-presented manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Alternate Saturday / bi-weekly rota, Two late nights per week (Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00–20:00), Standard clinic hours are 10:00–19:00
