Shifts: 9–6, 10–7, or 11–8

Saturdays: Minimum 1 per month

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Head Nurse to lead their specialist nursing team in a dynamic, forward-thinking clinic. This role will involve supporting doctors across a range of regenerative and sexual rejuvenation procedures while also managing the nursing rota, supporting clinical staff supervision, and acting as the main point of contact for doctors.

The Head Nurse must be confident, well-organised, and passionate about delivering a high standard of patient care in a discreet, luxury setting.

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
• Minimum of 2 years\’ phlebotomy experience
• Proven ability to manage and lead a clinical team
• Experience creating and managing rotas
• Comfortable with both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures for male and female patients
• High standard of spoken and written English
• IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanour

Role Responsibilities

• Support doctors with regenerative and sexual rejuvenation treatments
• Daily phlebotomy and blood collection procedures
• Manage nursing staff and rota planning
• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations and appointment flow
• Maintain treatment rooms and oversee treatment preparation protocols
• Be the central point of contact for doctors and liaise on all patient care matters
• Oversee stock control and clinical supply orders
• Ensure full adherence to clinic policies and CQC standards
• Supervise clinical documentation and patient record accuracy
• Lead on infection control, safety, and care quality initiatives
