About the Company
A leading distributor within the aesthetics and beauty industry is expanding and now looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join their growing UK team.
The company partners with respected global brands and supplies advanced skincare, mesotherapy, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and microneedling solutions to aesthetic clinics, medi-spas, dermatology practices, and beauty professionals.
They also operate a successful aesthetics training division offering accredited education to practitioners, giving clients full support from product supply to practical training.
They have recently taken on a new brand that now needs a strong commercial push, alongside their established portfolio. They are seeking someone dynamic, proactive, and commercially minded to help drive regional brand awareness and accelerate new business across the South East.
This role will have a primary focus on one of their flagship brands, with responsibility to focus on new business development.
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager with experience in aesthetics, skincare, medical beauty, or medical sales.
You’ll manage your own territory, driving brand visibility, onboarding new clinics, and nurturing existing clients. You’ll promote a professional product portfolio that includes:
- Chemical peels
- Mesotherapy solutions
- Microneedling treatments
- Skin boosters
This is an autonomous role ideal for someone who loves the commercial side of aesthetics, enjoys meeting clinics face-to-face, and is confident delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and introductory training.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new businesses across the aesthetics and beauty sector
- Promote a leading portfolio of professional and medical-grade products
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and introductory training
- Build strong relationships with clinics, medi-spas, dermatologists, and practitioners
- Develop strategic plans to drive market share and revenue across your territory
- Work closely with the training division to support client education
- Attend industry exhibitions, events, and trade shows
- Use digital outreach and social platforms to generate new leads and brand visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or medical sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own territory
- Confident presenting products and conducting basic training sessions
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage
- Passion for skincare, innovation, and results-driven products
