About the Clinic

I’m representing a very high-end, multi award-winning medical aesthetics clinic based in the heart of Harley Street. The clinic is internationally recognised, led by a globally respected doctor, and known for its discreet, luxury approach to aesthetic medicine. This is not a fast-paced chain environment. The clinic operates with intention, quality, and depth, focusing on long-term patient relationships, exceptional outcomes, and a calm, considered client journey.

The clinic is now looking to appoint a senior Clinic Manager to take ownership of both the business/commercial and operational side of the clinic, allowing the founder to step back from day-to-day management and focus more on clinical work and strategic growth.

About the Role

This is a senior yet hands-on Clinic Manager role with full responsibility for the operational, financial, and commercial performance of the clinic. You will act as the operational lead for the business, overseeing daily clinic activity, managing and developing a top-performing team, while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence. This role suits someone commercially minded, calm under pressure, and experienced in running premium medical environments. The clinic is boutique by design, so this is not a role for someone looking to manage from a distance. You’ll be present in clinic, visible to the team and patients, and comfortable being hands-on when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and high standards of the clinic environment, ensuring a structured, efficient, and highly personalised patient journey from initial enquiry through to post-treatment care.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC requirements, and industry best practice.
  • Lead, manage, and develop both clinical and front-of-house teams, setting clear expectations and maintaining consistently high professional standards.
  • Protect and strengthen the clinic’s reputation for discretion, patient care, and service quality within a premium medical environment.
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures, manage clinical and admin staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure safe, compliant, and consistent delivery of treatments.
  • Control stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee clinic equipment to ensure uninterrupted clinical readiness.
  • Act as the key point of contact for operational decision-making, reducing the day-to-day management requirements on the Founder.

Commercial & Marketing

  • Take ownership of clinic budget, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Monitor clinic performance against agreed KPIs, producing reports and identifying opportunities for operational and commercial improvement.
  • Work with the Founder and Board to develop and implement a strategy to optimise use of additional clinic space to drive revenue growth.
  • Support marketing and patient engagement activity, ensuring all initiatives align with clinical integrity, brand positioning, and luxury standards.
  • Management and engagement with PR and social media activities including content creation in clinic as required.
  • Ongoing development of treatment menu to offer the latest bespoke offering in a tailored and differentiated proposition.

Who We’re Looking For

This role will suit someone with strong operational and commercial leadership experience who is comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Essential Experience

  • Proven senior management experience within a private hospital, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery setting, premium dentistry clinic or ultra-high-end spa environment with exposure to the aesthetics industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence, credibility, and authority.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements, regulatory compliance, and clinical governance.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature and experience scaling revenue in a boutique or ultra-premium clinic setting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience running a complex, high-value clinical operation while maintaining full control over quality, performance, and patient experience.
  • Financially astute, with strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capability.
  • Comfortable working closely with a Founder and Board in a trusted, senior capacity.
  • A team player, friendly, calm, and the highest professional standards with strong communication skills.

Desirable

  • Degree educated (MBA or business-related qualification highly regarded).
  • Background in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dental, or luxury healthcare.
  • Confident using clinic systems such as Pabau and financial systems such as Xero.

Why Apply

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within one of London’s most respected medical aesthetics clinics. You’ll have real autonomy, long-term growth potential, and the chance to shape the future of a prestigious, founder-led business, all within a calm, refined, and highly professional environment.
