With over 2,000 loyal clients, the space has been carefully refitted to a premium standard, featuring state‑of‑the‑art treatment rooms and a welcoming, professional environment. Founded by a leading doctor with over 20 years of dermatology experience and more than a decade in aesthetics, the clinic is known for its commitment to exceptional patient care, bespoke treatments, and the highest‑quality technology and products. Each brand, product, and device has been carefully chosen to deliver results clients can trust. The clinic’s services go beyond aesthetics, also offering GP consultations, health appointments, acne and dermatology support for children and teens, and wellness treatments such as medical weight loss and IV drips. The team works with Pabau software and the clinic has completed its CQC registration and is awaiting a visit.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly expanded, doctor‑led clinic in a prime London location. You’ll work closely alongside the clinic’s doctor and help deliver exceptional patient experiences. We’re looking for a confident, well‑presented, and personable Aesthetic Therapist who takes pride in delivering results‑driven, hands‑on treatments, including facial and lymphatic massage. You’ll be joining a calm, professional environment where quality and care come first. This role would suit someone who enjoys building long‑term relationships with loyal, high‑end clients rather than working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting. Sales here are consultative, based on trust and genuine product knowledge, not pushy targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial and laser treatments to a consistently high standard
- Deliver HydraFacial, Laser Genesis, and other premium treatments
- Build lasting client relationships through trust, education, and care
- Provide skincare advice and promote treatment plans and products authentically
- Maintain accurate records and follow all CQC and hygiene protocols
Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within an aesthetics, beauty, or spa setting
- Skilled in HydraFacial and experienced with laser technology
- Strong hands‑on skills (facial and lymphatic massage experience desirable)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
- Willing to work two Saturdays per month and some late evenings
