  • An established Harley Street aesthetic clinic is looking for an experienced

Patient Coordinator to join its growing team.

Led by a well-known consultant with a strong media presence, the clinic receives a consistent flow of patient enquiries and offers a fast‑paced, rewarding environment for the right person.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a private cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, or elective healthcare setting, who enjoys guiding patients through a seamless journey from initial enquiry through to consultation and treatment.

It’s a sales‑facing position, but one that relies on trust, professionalism, and ethical conversion rather than hard selling.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments, and managing clinician diaries while delivering an excellent standard of patient care.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9am–8pm, with shift patterns across these hours and a maximum of two late shifts per week.

Those evening shifts also offer the strongest commission potential, with higher‑value consultations helping to boost overall earnings.

What we’re looking for

  • Based in London or within practical commuting distance.
  • Currently working in the private healthcare sector.
  • Experience as a Patient Liaison Adviser, Patient Coordinator, Patient Advisor, or similar.
  • Background in private cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, or elective healthcare.
  • Proven ability to convert inbound patient enquiries into consultations and procedures.
  • Strong experience managing diaries and the full patient journey.

Nice to have

  • Experience with similar aesthetic and cosmetic providers.
  • Evidence of strong sales performance, revenue ownership, or high‑value procedure conversion.
  • Experience managing multiple clinicians or surgeons.
  • Exposure to lead generation, conversion reporting, or patient email campaigns.
