To support the Senior Wholesale and Business Development Manager and Wholesale Account Executives in the general management and growth of all wholesale customers across the EMEA region. Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer requests for product information, data, images, and content.
  • Communicating directly with customers in a clear concise manner and building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Collaborating with regional Supply Chain Team to ensure smooth flow of stock and stock allocation when needed.
  • Liaise with regional Supply Chain in order to provide updates on order queries, e.g. missing parcels, order discrepancies.
  • Participate in monthly forecasting meetings, planning demand and working with supply chain/demand planning to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Cross checking POs and SOs ensuring they match and there are no discrepancies.
  • Support in filtering Zen Desk requests from potential new partners.
  • Replying to requests through the company portal by potential stockists/amenity partners, researching and making recommendations.
  • Working with finance to understand customer invoices and any accounting discrepancies and resolving matters in due course.
  • Maintaining and updating customer data files.
  • Liaising with Category Team to collate information for new Product Launches ahead of Strategy Meetings with partners.
  • Fill in New Line Forms with all the relevant information on Aesop’s new launches and updating order forms on a regular basis.
  • Compile the weekly newsletter with the information on sell-in/sell-out from key wholesale partners.
  • Create the Monthly partner newsletter.
  • Raising tickets for basic creative requests - Updating online partners brand pages, banners, lightboxes.
  • Sorting customer data files in our folders to comply with GDPR.
  • Arranging sample shipments from the office/helping place office orders.
  • Organising training and Strategy Meeting gifting.

This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
