Overview
I am a VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER with proven experience & successes in the same or similar field. I strategically lead visual merchandising initiatives to achieve retail excellence in-store, creating customer-centric experiences that enhance the brand image of LUXE. I strive for exceptional performance and always deliver excellent results.
A Day in the Life
- POE (Point of Experience) Support: Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand's image standards/guidelines are met and that O+O customer experiences seamlessly link to each other.
- New Stores & Refits: Modify POS navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.
- Building & Maintaining Key VM Databases: Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.
- VM calendar: Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.
- Excellence: Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
- Project management: Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores. Control and manage VM costs for both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines.

- Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Capability to assess and analyse competition's achievements.
- Passion for beauty with a strong aesthetic sense.

- Ensure effective management of ppp budget. Key Result: Maintain a consistent and flat ppp budget.
- Promote sustainability practices within the organization. Key Result: Achieve a sustainability score of 100% by implementing and maintaining sustainable initiatives.
- Objective: Guarantee the Excellence score related to the Filed merch team. Key result: 80% all doors.
