Aesop, through L’Oréal’s DMI marketing group, invites a penultimate-year student for a 12-month industrial placement in London. You’ll help develop and execute global marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and support cross-functional campaigns across Body Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance.

You will contribute to market research, assist with photoshoots, and track post-launch performance, gaining hands-on experience in global product and campaign development.
