Overview
As a Business Development Manager for AESOP in the UK, you drive amenity and corporate partnerships to grow brand presence and revenue. You will identify new channels, build strong partner relationships, and align partnerships with the company’s growth objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop strategies, pitch compelling value propositions, and close strategic deals that expand market share. Responsibilities
- Identify amenity and corporate partnerships through market research and trend analysis
- Build and manage long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in target accounts
- Lead needs discovery, create tailored proposals, and present compelling value propositions
- Negotiate and close complex deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape channel budgets and with Retail to drive channel growth
- Monitor market developments and sales performance, delivering regular management reports
- Provide market feedback to product, marketing, and omnichannel teams to inform strategy
