A Day in the Life

This is an exciting 12‑month placement opportunity to join the Aesop Brand Communications and Culture team in our London office. You will support projects that bring our unique brand storytelling to life, contributing to global projects that inspire both our employees and our customers.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Support Key Projects: Assist in coordinating brand projects, from preparing presentations to distributing creative assets to our global Marketing & PR teams.
  • Coordinate Brand Activations: Play a key role in supporting onsite brand activations, internal filming, and events that strengthen brand awareness.
  • Drive Internal Communications: Help manage internal communication channels, including email sends and LinkedIn administration, to engage our global employees.
  • Manage Administration: Handle essential team tasks, including managing product orders for projects and processing purchase orders with our partners.

We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbally.
  • Organised, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive team player with a detail‑oriented working style.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Adobe CC is a plus.
