Overview
As Advocacy & Influence Lead at L’Oréal, you will define and drive the long-term creator, affiliate, and paid partnership strategy, aligning activity with brand priorities and trading moments. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, with a focus on measurable ROI and social performance. The role sits at the intersection of brand, media, and culture, shaping how our brands connect with consumers. You’ll develop and optimize end-to-end advocacy programs and partnerships, including experiential events and global-to-local execution, to amplify brand equity and business impact.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver long-term creator and affiliate strategy, including paid partnerships, retainers, and organic advocacy and content boosting
- Align investments with trading moments, NPD launches, and broader brand priorities
- Build and manage a high-performing team across influencer marketing, advocacy, and social content
- Develop integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels with activations aligned to brand strategy and performance goals
- Collaborate with Brand, Media, E-commerce, and Retail to align strategy, KPIs, and execution
- Oversee content creation and amplification from briefing to measurement
- Manage large budgets with ROI accountability across influencer, content, and social investments
- Drive social commerce growth and integrate advocacy into retailer ecosystems
- Oversee global campaigns with local market adaptation and brand equity preservation
- Present strategies, ideas, and results to senior leadership; manage Global Spokesperson Activations & End-to-End communications
- Plan strategic experiential events and manage agencies to deliver best-in-class brand experiences
- Champion innovation by identifying new platforms, creators, and partnerships for cultural and business impact
Key requirements
- 8–10+ years’ experience in agency or in-house advocacy, influencer, or social media leadership within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to lead strategy and execution across influencer, earned, owned, and paid media
- Deep understanding of modern media mix including retail media, performance, and social commerce
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering ROI-driven influencer programs
- Creative thinker with strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident team leader with ability to inspire and develop talent in a fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of global campaign deployment and local market adaptation
- Passion for beauty, culture, and innovation with insight into social and digital trends
- Experience working with professional hairdressers and hair creators is key
