EXPERIENCED SENIOR HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT WITH ENHANCED DBS ON UPDATED SERVICE AND VALID HEALTHCARE PRACTICAL TRAININGS NEEDED. Please note we are unable to accept freshers without experience as a senior or a team leader. Seniors with experience but without the relevant practical training will be accepted only if they are willing to travel to West London (AESN office location) for the practical medication administration training. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced senior care worker to join our team. As a senior care worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to elderly individuals in a care home setting. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Supervise and support other care staff, providing guidance and leadership

Job Requirements:
- MUST HAVE A VALID PRACTICAL MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION TRAINING CERTIFICATE
- MUST HAVE VALID HEALTHCARE TRAINING CERTIFICATES
- MUST HAVE A VALID ENHANCED DBS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation purposes
- Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the drive to motivate others
