AESN Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home team providing high quality nursing and residential care. The role includes shift work with evenings, weekends and nights, and possible on-call duties, focused on delivering person-centred care.
You will develop and monitor individual care plans, work with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting residents in our elderly residential care setting.
