Job Summary The Conference & Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and corporate events. The role ensures smooth event operations by assisting with logistics, attendee management, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site event support while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities * Assist in planning and organizing conferences, meetings, workshops, and special events. * Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, signage, seating arrangements, and materials. * Support attendee registration, check-in, badge distribution, and information desks. * Prepare event materials such as agendas, participant lists, name badges, certificates, and welcome packs. * Monitor event schedules and ensure activities run according to the program. * Assist in managing event budgets, purchase requests, and expense tracking as assigned. * Respond to participant inquiries before, during, and after events. * Help coordinate transportation, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements for speakers and guests. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies during events. * Perform other duties related to event operations as assigned. Qualifications * Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or administration is preferred. * Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
