Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Beverage Staff member to provide exceptional beverage service at restaurants, hotels, conferences, banquets, and special events. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve hot, cold, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards. * Provide courteous and professional customer service to guests and event attendees. * Set up and maintain beverage stations, bars, and service areas before, during, and after service. * Ensure beverages are served promptly, accurately, and in accordance with quality standards. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and storage. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of beverage equipment, utensils, and work areas. * Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service regulations where applicable. * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. * Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally. * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. * Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling where required. Qualifications * Certificate or training in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Bartending is an advantage. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in beverage service, bar operations, hospitality, or event catering. * Experience in hotels, restaurants, banquet facilities, or conference venues is preferred. Required Skills * Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Basic knowledge of bar equipment and beverage service techniques. * Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Good organizational and time management skills.
