Key Responsibilities

- Manage food preparation sections and assist in keeping kitchen waste to a minimum.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with Food Safety regulations (HACCP).
- Ensure safe operation of all kitchen equipment and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
