• Job Purpose

Hold responsibility for the construction supervision projects, manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects, and provide guidance and leadership to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide façade consultancy services and develop façade design solutions that balance performance, buildability, and aesthetics across a range of projects and project stages.
• Lead or contribute to new build, retrofit and façade remediation projects across multiple sectors.
• Carry out technical reviews and engineering analyses across various project stages.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external consultants, design teams and specialists.
• Support site-based technical services, including inspections and compliance monitoring.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, developers and industry suppliers.
• Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team’s technical capabilities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, business development and win new work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or equivalent.
• Façade Engineering MSc or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in façade design and engineering.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, industry standards and guidance.
• Experience with façade analysis tools is an advantage.
