We are headquartered in London, Riyadh, Singapore and Dubai, with operations extending across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our four core verticals are Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory, and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Job Purpose
Deliver consultancy and surveying services to AESG’s clients. Execution of projects. Assist in business development activities related to consultancy services.
Qualification / Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree or master’s in engineering/Building Surveying or equivalent. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the team in the delivery of projects in a client facing role.
- Undertaking site survey work and subsequent report writing.
- Delivery of projects to high levels of quality within project deadlines.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inspection, design, and plan review for site inspection works.
- Actively pursue continued professional development through completion of training modules.
- Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs.
- Conducting all their activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel.
- Exerting all efforts to contribute to the success and continual improvement of the IMS.

- Industry Experience / Thought Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in discipline, industry leadership through participation in industry professional groups and conferences and the development of research publications.
- Project Management / Operational Delivery: Proven expertise with a track record of numerous projects delivered successfully with high client feedback. Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues. Lead efforts to streamline cross-functional processes and drive efficiency across the organisation.
- Leadership / Team Management Experience: Ability to independently project manage delivery and guide junior team members within the project team or mentoring junior team members. Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members. Responsible for at least 2 more junior members of staff. Uphold AESG Core Values.
- Commercial Acumen / Business Development: Proficiency in creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control. Managing relationships with project vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement. Client oriented and contributes to commercial success of the division.
- Problem Solving / Decision Making: Generate viable options for addressing problems and consider the long-term implications of each option. Apply sound judgment and implement solutions in line with best practice. Acts decisively by committing to the option chosen.
