SEC Sunderland is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet the recruitment needs of the company. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline recruitment processes and candidate experience. Provide timely reports on recruitment metrics and analyse data to drive improvements in sourcing and hiring practices. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend strategies to enhance our employer brand. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a an agency, corporate or fast paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
