The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Plant Director and ensures smooth coordination of daily activities, strategic communications, and key projects. Key Responsibilities- Executive Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Plant Director and other Senior leads.
- Manage and prioritise the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings; take accurate minutes.
- Draft, review, and distribute communications such as emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordination & Communication
- Facilitate effective communication between the Plant Director and senior leadership, functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities and follow up on actions to support operational goals.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Administrative Excellence
- Oversee office administration tasks relating to executive functions.
