Job Description Key responsibilities include: Providing general HR and administrative support for ongoing projects.
Supporting HR, Mobility, TA and Training teams Preparing and tracking invitation letters for short-term assignees and business travelers.
Coordinating housing and car rental arrangements.
Managing relationships with accommodation and vehicle suppliers, including invoice processing.
Supporting business insurance registration and assisting with payroll and National Insurance matters when required.
Assisting with visa application processes and coordinating with UK and China HR teams.
Requirements A bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, Management preferred, but other disciplines may be considered).
An energy to learn and support a busy HR team Previous administration or coordination experience is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Contract
Duration: Preferred 6 months , with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs.
