Project Financing, Loan Management & Finance Oversight
- Responsible for post‑project financing management, ensuring regular reporting and communication with financial institutions.
- Manage funding needs and liquidity coordination, assisting with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Oversee drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments related to loans, ensuring compliance and timely settlement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to update key information, manage deadlines, and monitor funding utilization.
- Ensure smooth execution of loan disbursements and repayments, and monitor precise calculation of interest and fees.
- Coordinating reconciliations, and reporting to support the broader control framework.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or top-tier university.
- Relevant experience of banking experience (loan management, syndications, middle/back office exposure).
- Experience in cash management; familiarity with bank reconciliation and financial control processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of interacting across treasury, accounting, and finance/control teams.
- Preferred experience in banking or audit firm, with solid financial and analytical capabilities.
- Language skills – additional Chinese and/or French is desired but not essential.
