We\’re seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join a leading UK engineering company specialising in bespoke test, measurement, and control systems for high-profile industries including aerospace, automotive, energy, defence, rail, medical, and transport.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a LabVIEW-experienced Systems Engineer to design and deliver custom software solutions based on complex client requirements—while working in a cutting-edge, forward-thinking engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop bespoke software systems for test, measurement, and control applications
- Translate customer requirements into practical, cost-effective software and hardware solutions
- Work across the entire system lifecycle from specification to delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet technical, time, and budget constraints
Skills & Experience
- HND/HNC or Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience in software development using National Instruments LabVIEW (CLD or higher preferred)
- Strong background in system design, automated test, or measurement/control systems
