Long-term Outside IR35 opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing / Process Transfer Engineer supporting a major equipment and process transfer within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production output during site transfer
  • Lead equipment relocation, qualification & re-installation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Support PFMEAs, work instructions & process documentation
  • Troubleshoot lasers, optics & precision assemblies
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality & Supply Chain

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing/Process Engineering background (laser, optics, photonics, precision assembly)
  • Strong hands-on problem solving (mechanical / optical / electro-mechanical)
  • Experience managing complex transfers under tight timelines
