Are you an experienced Facilities Engineer or Maintenance Lead looking for a highly visible role within a cutting-edge engineering and technology environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining and improving critical building services and electrical infrastructure across a complex technical site environment.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage PPM and reactive maintenance activities
- Support HVAC, power distribution, BMS, emergency lighting, fire alarms and building services systems
- Drive compliance, reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
- HNC/HND Electrical Engineering or equivalent desirable or be Time-Served with relevant experience
- Knowledge of BMS, CAFM and electrical compliance systems desirable but not essential
- NEBOSH / IOSH / 18th Edition beneficial
- Ideally the successful candidate will be an Environmental, or an HSE Senior Officer / Facilities Manager with relevant experience
