An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join a successful and rapidly developing organisation operating within a highly regulated, technology-led engineering environment. This is a varied position combining supply chain analysis, procurement, purchasing, supplier management and reporting, making it particularly suitable for someone who enjoys working with both data and suppliers.
You will join a collaborative Supply Chain team and work closely with Engineering, Operations and other internal stakeholders to improve supplier performance, material availability, cost effectiveness and overall supply chain efficiency.
About You
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations or a related discipline would be advantageous, although relevant industry experience will also be considered.
- Professional Supply Chain or Procurement qualifications such as CIPS would also be beneficial.
- Previous experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Buying or Operations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of ERP/MRP systems.
