Due to sustained continued expansion, our Client, an award‑winning dynamic Medical Device manufacturer, are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ServiceMax) to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architect Solutions: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Develop & Implement Features: Build and configure ServiceMax modules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
- Optimize & Innovate: Evaluate new Salesforce/ServiceMax features and third‑party tools to enhance performance and user experience.
- Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ hands‑on ServiceMax experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SFM Design, Flows, ServiceMax Back‑End Processes
- Proven understanding of Service Cloud and ServiceMax data model
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £55,000 to £75,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
