Looking for a new engineering challenge? I'm recruiting for a Bowl Tool Technician to join a growing automation business specialising in feeding systems and special purpose machinery. No bowl feeder experience? No problem. If you've got the right attitude, solid hands-on engineering skills and a willingness to learn, full training will be provided.

This role would be ideal for someone with a background as a:

  • Toolmaker
  • Mechanical Fitter
  • Welder
  • Sheet Metal Fabricator
  • Machine Build Technician

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and developing vibratory bowl feeder systems
  • Reading engineering drawings and pneumatic schematics
  • Installing mechanical and pneumatic components
  • Optimising feeder performance
  • Supporting machine build and commissioning projects

What we're looking for:

  • Mechanical apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or a “Time-Served” Technician / Engineer.
  • Strong workshop skills with a hands-on approach
  • Experience reading engineering drawings
