We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and high-performing Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue across Europe and the Middle East. Based in the UK, you will own regional field strategy and execution, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every program, every event, and every pound of budget is expected to earn its place in the pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Own the Regional Field Strategy: Build and execute an annual and quarterly EMEA field marketing plan aligned to global campaign themes, regional sales priorities, and target account lists. You will work hand-in-hand with regional Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and BDRs on territory planning, account prioritization, and program design, running regular syncs to keep marketing and sales aligned on the same accounts.
- Plan and Execute High-Impact Events: Deliver a portfolio of in-person and virtual programs, including executive roundtables, customer dinners, webinars, and partner-led events across the UK, Israel, DACH, Nordics, France, Benelux, Southern Europe, and the Middle East. You manage the full lifecycle: business case, budget, vendor and venue selection, logistics, speaker and content coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
- Drive Account-Based Programs: Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to design targeted, multi-touch ABM plays for priority accounts in industries such as financial services, payments, telecommunications, adtech, and e-commerce. Orchestrate integrated campaigns that combine events, digital, direct outreach, and content to open doors with the full buying committee, from lead engineers to C-level executives.
- Convert Engagement into Pipeline: Work with BDRs and AEs to ensure rigorous, timely follow-up on every event lead, with clear handoffs, SLAs, and feedback loops. Make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks and that attribution is captured accurately in Salesforce.
- Govern Budget and Measure ROI: Manage the EMEA field budget with discipline. Use one-page event proposals, pre-defined success criteria, and post-event scorecards to decide what to scale, fix, or stop. Report on pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, and return on investment.
- Collaborate Across Partners and Channels: Work with cloud, technology, and SI partners to co-market and co-host programs that extend Aerospike's reach across the region.
- Localize with Judgment: Adapt global messaging, content, and campaign assets for regional markets, languages, and customer expectations, and ensure every program complies with GDPR, UK data protection, and local anti-bribery and hospitality rules.
- Drive Market Intelligence: Share insights from the field with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership on messaging effectiveness, competitive dynamics, customer objections, and emerging trends in the EMEA market.
Who You Are
- Proven Field Marketer: 5+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software, with a track record of delivering measurable pipeline in the EMEA region. Experience in database, data infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools is highly preferred.
- Strategic and Hands-On: You can build a regional plan and also run the event yourself. You are as comfortable negotiating with a venue as you are presenting a pipeline forecast to Sales Leadership.
- Account-Based Thinker: You understand how to build programs around named accounts and buying committees, and you can work with Sales to prioritize where marketing effort will matter most.
- Financially Disciplined: You manage budgets rigorously, build clear business cases, and are not afraid to cut programs that do not perform.
- AI-Augmented Operator: You actively use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to research accounts, draft content, analyse results, and work faster and smarter.
- Credible with Technical Audiences: You can engage with engineers, architects, and technology executives, and you understand what makes a technical event worth attending.
- Exceptional Collaborator: You build trust quickly with Sales, BDRs, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Partners across time zones and cultures. You communicate clearly, follow through, and are comfortable working with a global team based largely in the US.
Practical Requirements: Based in London with the ability to travel frequently across EMEA. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Your Modern, AI-Augmented Tech Stack
- CRM: Salesforce
- Marketing Automation: Marketo, HubSpot, Inflection or equivalent
- Project Management: Asana
- Conversation Intelligence and Engagement: Gong
- Research and AI: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, plus advanced fluency in prompting AI for account research, content, and analysis
How We Measure You
Pipeline sourced and influenced by EMEA field programs, conversion of event leads into qualified meetings and opportunities, cost per opportunity, and the quality of cross-functional execution with Sales and BDRs. It is simple on purpose. We hire people who want to be a critical engine for the regional sales team, making a real, material impact on pipeline and revenue.
