Reporting to: Customer Support Manager

Job type: Full time (Any time between 6am - 7pm), Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours to be completed per week. Additional hours may also be required on both weekdays and weekends.

Job Purpose: You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries relating to products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the sales team. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented.
