We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join us at Aerospace Support International, supporting global finance operations while enjoying flexible hours and a genuine work-life balance.

Location: Oxford, OX44 7RW

Part-time, 20 hours per week, permanent position

Salary: Circa £32,500 per annum pro rata

Driving licence and own transport required

The Role

This is a hands-on, part-time bookkeeping role ideal for someone seeking flexibility, stability, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping using SAGE, including maintaining accurate financial records
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, invoices, payments, and commission claims
  • Reconciling bank, credit card, and month-end accounts and expenses
  • Weekly payroll processing, including reports, bonuses, and NEST pension administration
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and VAT returns
  • Processing HMRC payments and handling related queries
  • Supporting ISO compliance and internal/external audits
  • Managing general office administration, filing, and stationery
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support as required

  • Proven bookkeeping experience (essential)
  • Strong VAT and Sage experience
