Aeroresponse Ltd is a CAA, EASA and FAA Part-145 Approved Organisation specialising in aircraft engine borescope inspection and blend repair. For over 24 years, we have supported airlines, MROs and aircraft leasing companies worldwide, delivering high-quality technical inspections and end-of-lease support across a wide range of commercial aircraft engines.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Aircraft Engine Borescope Inspector to join our specialist inspection team. This role is suited to a motivated individual who is comfortable working independently at customer locations, producing high-quality technical reports and representing Aeroresponse professionally in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed borescope inspections on commercial aircraft engines
  • Support end-of-lease and lease transition inspection projects
  • Assess engine condition in accordance with OEM and AMM requirements
  • Produce clear, accurate and professional inspection reports
  • Represent Aeroresponse at customer facilities worldwide
  • Work closely with airline, MRO and leasing company representatives
Essential Requirements
  • Current approval and recent experience conducting borescope inspections on LEAP-1A/1B, CFM56 Series, V2500 and PW1100G engines
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently at remote customer locations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe reporting tools
  • Experience using the Mentor MViQ borescope system
  • Team-oriented, safety-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and internationally
Highly Desirable
  • End-of-lease or lease transition inspection experience
  • Additional engine type approvals
  • Previous airline, MRO or aircraft leasing experience

Applicants without relevant aircraft engine borescope inspection experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.
