Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented approach to new business development and account management
Understanding or experience of flight planning, load planning, flight time limitations and aircraft performance.
Understanding of cargo load plans / complex dimensions + payloads and limitations for aircraft.
Good existing network of contacts within the air cargo charter industry
