Are you highly organised, analytical, and driven by process improvement? Volare are expanding their team and currently seeking Operations Controllers to help oversee and support the smooth running of their daily business operations.
Volare are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Controller to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company objectives.
Volare Aviation pride themselves as being a private family office, bringing together a boutique luxury lifestyle for the jet-setting society of high-net worth individuals. They specialise in aircraft sales, charter and engineering.
Volare continuously aim to build an enthusiastic and self-motivated operations team, comprising of Operations Controllers that report to the Director of Operations. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Operations department, co-ordination of flight and ground activities, managing the daily flying programme and providing support to clients and other departments within the company as required.
On offer is a permanent position with training provided.

Role Requirements:
MUST:
- Hold a valid UK driver’s licence- You may be required to travel in this role
- 4D thinking
- Be able to problem solve dynamically and think logically whilst adhering to the aviation safety regulations.
SHOULD:
- Excellent communication skills with a range of audiences, including senior management,board members and UHNWI/VVIP clients.
- Numerate with good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work and stay calm under pressure.
- Fixed Wing or Rotary operations support experience and trip planning.
- Desire to succeed in all aspects of the role and learn new skills.
COULD:
- Have industry background in aviation (including baggage handlers, ramp handler etc)
