We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) Analyst to join our safety and performance team, where you'll play a key role in enhancing flight operations through data-driven insights.
Titan Airways is the UKβs largest Charter and ACMI operator. The carrier specialises in short-notice ACMI and wet lease operations, as well as ad-hoc passenger and cargo charter services to tour operators, corporations, governments, and the sports and entertainment sectors.
The FDM analyst is responsible for the implementation, control and supervision of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM). This role involves analysing and interpreting flight data, working closely with FDM Pilot Analysts and colleagues from across the organisation to enhance safety within the organisation by harnessing the value of flight data.

Role Requirements:
MUST:
- A minimum of five yearsβ experience in an airline or air transport environment with at least three years in a Flight Data Monitoring role
- Knowledge of flight operations and safety management system principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret flight data trends
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner
- Strong communication skills and can build effective working relationships easily
- Integrate well within a team environment and work well independently
- You demonstrate a structured approach to managing your workload, work well under pressure and have high attention to detail
- You are enthusiastic about contributing to the safety culture of our airline.
- Right to live and work in the UK (Work-place sponsorship may be available)

SHOULD:
- Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Safety or Data Science or related field
- Experience with FDM software tools
- Comprehensive understanding of UK and EASA regulatory requirements for Flight Data Monitoring
- Highly proficient in data analysis tools
