We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world’s leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a HR Advisor. The role will be based in Glasgow and offers a hybrid working pattern (2-3 days per week on site). This will be working a 37 hour week with a 1pm finish on Fridays. Flexible working hours are also available.
The company works at the cutting edge of technology, creating more than 100 new inventions every year for customers in over 100 countries. You will join the Naval Ships HR team, partnering closely with programmes and functions in a fast paced, delivery focused environment.
You’ll also contribute to their organisation design review, supporting planning, preparation and implementation to ensure they remain fit for the future. This role supports the delivery of the People Plan by identifying organisational needs and strengthening people capability across the business.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and ensure HR solutions meet sector requirements. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll apply their organisation design methodology to assess current structures, shape roles and ways of working, and ensure their operating model remains aligned with strategic priorities.
