We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world's leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a Fabricator- Plater. The role will be based in Glasgow and will require the successful candidate to be on site full time working a varied shift pattern.
The company works at the cutting edge of technology, creating more than 100 new inventions every year for customers in over 100 countries. They are at the forefront of designing and building world-leading naval ships, vital to supporting the security and defence of nations around the globe, and pride themselves on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions.
As part of a growing team, they are looking for a talented and experienced Fabricator Plater to join them in delivering Type 26 frigates to the Royal Navy. In the Fabricator team, they are doing work that impacts the world. To ensure the delivery of vital security products and services, the team works a variety of shifts, including:
- Day Shift: Monday- Thursday 7.00am- 4.30pm
- Night Shift: Monday- Thursday 8.30pm- 6.00am
- Weekend Shift: Friday- Sunday 7am- 7.30pm
Overtime is also available.
