Salary: Starting pay per hour (gross blended base rate plus premiums) based on experience level:
- Prepper (no experience): €18.30 gross/hour (~€11 net)
- Starting Painter: €21.50 gross/hour (~€13 net)
Indicative annual earnings (based on 2,000 hours/year):
- Prepper: €36,600 gross / €22,000 net
- Painter: €43,000 gross / €25,800 net
