The predicted salary is between 19.8 - 24.2 Β£ per hour.

This role is primarily responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification tasks under supervision at the clients facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification tasks.
  • Accurately record all work performed on the appropriate maintenance records such as worksheets/task cards.
  • Comply with procedures detailed within the Maintenance Organization Expositions and any associated documentation.
  • Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and COSHH requirements.
  • When not assigned to aircraft work, fully utilise available time productively to support the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Perform any additional duties or tasks as directed by the Base Maintenance Manager.
  • Actively support and promote a positive safety learning culture through the reporting of occurrences and potential hazards and by adopting continuous improvement and human factors principles with their work.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Aeronautical apprenticeship or recognised national qualification in aircraft maintenance.
  • Minimum of 4 years aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Be able to demonstrate an organised approach to daily job tasks.
  • Can demonstrate a high level of skill across multiple disciplines, such as mechanical, structural, and power plant tasks.
  • Knowledge of maintenance standards.
  • Knowledge and ability to use aircraft maintenance data.
  • Initial Human Factors (HF) training.
  • Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) training.
  • Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) training.
  • English Language proficiency (Written & Spoken).

Shift Pattern: 7am to 7pm (11.5 Hours paid)
