What is the role?
The Clinical Educator will be responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education.
This role will provide superior clinical support to our customers and commercial organization to influence change within accounts.
In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, the Clinical Educator must have the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination, with the overall goal of providing best-in-class education programs to support our customers' needs.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Drive Aerogen utilization and expansion in the region by providing ongoing customer training and education.
- Integrate into the designated sales region and work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to identify and assess customer needs.
Provide ongoing training through product validations, product implementations, therapy expansion, segment expansion, physician roundtables, and more.
- Deliver Continuing Education programs to customers throughout the assigned region.
- Champion product in-servicing to drive standardization of care throughout accounts and create account 'super users' by providing ongoing clinical and professional expertise to end users.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to execute educational activities.
- Serve as a product expert and mentor for new Account Managers within the specified sales region.
- Support the clinical skill development of the Account Managers within the region to ensure a core set of clinical competencies are met on an annual basis.

- Fulfil other duties outside of the job description as requested by the manager.
What education and experience are required?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Three or more years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
- Zero to two years of medical device or pharmaceutical experience.
- Current Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse licence, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating solid leadership skills.
What key skills will make you great at the role?
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
