We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising manufacturing processes with our current portfolio, ensuring the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure value add engineering is applied to all our products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
  • Utilise lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and analyse production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
  • Provide technical support to production staff.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
