Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Aircraft / Aerospace Fitters to join our high-performing production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job routings.
- Perform precision fabrication and assembly of aerospace and motorsport pipe and duct assemblies.
- Operate hand tools and machinery for cutting, deburring, drilling, riveting, and forming.
- Carry out pipe end forming processes including flaring, beading, and swaging (Harrison, Permaswage, Metric, Eaton).
- Assemble components using mechanical techniques and ensure high-quality standards.
- Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and nickel alloys (tube diameters 3mm–25mm).
- Maintain traceability and adhere to quality control procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in hand fabrication and mechanical assembly.
- Background in sheet metal or thin section tube work.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar high-precision industries is advantageous.
