Company Overview: David Hart Aerospace Pipes Limited manufactures pipes and ducts in aluminium, titanium, nimonic alloys, and stainless steels for the aerospace industry and motorsport sectors. Based in Downton.
Main Duties: Reporting to the Quality Manager, inspect finished fabricated products, purchased parts, and subcontracted processes, both dimensionally and visually, and generate/review First Article Inspection Reports to AS9102. Support the Non‑Conformance Report system along with root cause and corrective action activities and continual improvement across the business. Participate in approved operator audits. Undertake training to become a proficient Product Release Delegate (DSQR).
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience within industry, ideally in aerospace inspection or quality. Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Knowledge of NDT or FPI would be an advantage.
